We are proud to offer a well-recognized dementia and Memory Care community serving the Four Corners area. We offer twelve rooms in a lovely, spacious home environment that includes a dining area, activity and TV/music area with a piano, and a cozy sitting area around the fireplace. The courtyard provides more than a quarter mile of paved walkways.

With more than 50% of the aging population carrying a diagnosis of some form of dementia, we offer assisted living care based on their special needs. The Vista Mesa community has security features, and residents live in home-like surroundings in a specially designed unit. Our staff engage in this special type of care, and residents are directed and supported when the disease process leads to difficult behaviors. Our philosophy is that this special unit is their home.
